Glatz AG is organized through a network of international specialized retail partners. Design, functionality, durability and the perfect manufacture of our products are our responsibility. Sale, assistance and service are handled by our certified distribution partners. They are your first contact if you look for advice concerning our products, seek assistance with a selection that meets your needs, or if you require help in the event of damage or a warranty event. In all these cases, please contact the retailer near you.

As a manufacturer we often get asked whether a direct delivery from the factory is possible. Unfortunately, we do not have a repair department or a spare parts depot for individual dispatch.
If parts of your Glatz sunshade are broken, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the sunshade. Dealers who sell the product as part of their range normally also have a Glatz spare part depot and will be able to quickly provide you with the part(s) you need. Don’t forget to enter the sunshade model for which you need spare parts when searching using the dealer finder.
With the Glatz spare parts search, it is possible to find the article number of the required spare part and send an inquiry directly to a dealer.
In exceptional cases, e.g. if your dealer has gone out of business or you are not satisfied with your Glatz dealer, you can send us your request directly via the support form.
In general, all of the Glatz sunshade fabrics are interchangeable, as long as the Glatz range still includes the fabric and/or the model of sunshade in question. Please bear in mind, however, that replacing the fabric may be more expensive than ordering a completely new sunshade. This is because replacing the fabric involves manual labor, and in most cases, can only be completed via a specialist retailer. The retailer from whom you purchased your sunshade is responsible for providing you with the optimum product advice and any possible replacement of the fabric.

All Glatz dealers have a legal warranty of 24 months against Glatz AG. In addition, a guarantee can be a voluntary additional service offered by the dealer, which usually refers to the functionality of the Glatz product over a certain period of time. You can find out whether such a guarantee is offered directly from your dealer.
