According to the contract, the Glatz retailers are also obliged to provide the private end customer with professional advice at their sales premises and/or to offer “after-sales services” such as the management and processing of warranty claims.
If you are not satisfied with the services provided by your Glatz retailer, we request that you contact Glatz AG. To do this, please send an email to marketing@glatz.com stating the name of the retailer and your personal contact and the reasons why you are dissatisfied.

Glatz AG continuously expands its network of retailers and sales partners. If your original retailer is no longer in business, you can approach a different retailer in your locality for advice. If your inquiry relates to a Glatz product that you have already purchased, the best idea is to find a retailer that stocks your product in the Glatz retailer finder. To do this, visit the Glatz retailer finder, go to “Sunshade type” and click on your model of sunshade.

GLATZ AG sells its products via a global network of retailers. If you would like to receive a quote, the best idea is to approach a retailer in your locality.
GLATZ AG sells a variety of product ranges via an international network of retailers and importers. The delivery times depend on the specific range, the available stocks at your retailer and the location (country) of import. In general, the following delivery times apply:
GLATZ offers a product range at the entry price level in the shape of its “Easy Collection” label. This product range is only available in 5 different colors and is stocked at GLATZ. If your retailer does not offer these products as a portable range of products, the goods can be ordered from GLATZ and will arrive at your retailer within approx. one week.
The Individual range is a range of products that offer you a choice of approx. 90 different colors. GLATZ stocks the most popular colors and sizes in ready-made form, and can deliver them to your retailer within one week. If the product is manufactured for you to order, it will generally be delivered to your retailer after three weeks.
The Professional range consists of giant sunshades, most of which are used in the hotels and gastronomy sector. All of the models of sunshade in this range are Swiss made, and are made in Switzerland to order. Depending on the scope of the order and degree of specialist manufacturing work required, a delivery time of approx. three to six weeks can be expected.
Your retailer will be able to tell you the precise delivery times.
As a general rule, Glatz products are ordered locally at your retailer. Your retailer will send the order to Glatz AG in Switzerland. Deliveries to your retailer are made by truck from Switzerland and arrive within a maximum of three weeks. Depending on your purchase agreement, you can collect your sunshade from your retailer or arrange for home delivery.
If required, Glatz AG can deliver goods from Switzerland directly to their place of use at extra cost. Please inquire at your retailer about this service.
All of the Glatz transportation partners have tracking tools which enable the status of the order to be tracked and traced. If your goods do not arrive at the scheduled time, you can inquire about the status of your order at your retailer.
Glatz products are generally ordered locally through your Glatz retailer. Your retailer will usually provide you with a quote that includes the transportation costs from Switzerland. If this is not the case, your retailer is obliged to make you aware of any additional transportation costs which may apply. The transportation costs depend on the place of delivery, the volume and the weight of the ordered goods. Please ask your retailer about this service.
All Glatz dealers have a legal warranty of 24 months against Glatz AG. In addition, a guarantee can be a voluntary additional service offered by the dealer, which usually refers to the functionality of the Glatz product over a certain period of time. You can find out whether such a guarantee is offered directly from your dealer.

In general, warranty claims can only be made through the retailer from whom you purchased your product. For this purpose, proof of purchase and/or a copy of the invoice is required. As a general rule, all Glatz products are covered by warranty for two years starting from the date of purchase.

They will carry out an analysis and inform you whether your damage is covered by the warranty.
There is no statutory right of return for purchasers in Switzerland. However, some retailers voluntarily offer a right of exchange or return. Please check the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) to find out if this is the case with your retailer.
Within the EU, consumers have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. To cancel, you must notify your retailer in writing. You have 14 days from the date of cancellation to return the goods. It is important that you return the goods no later than the last day of this period. The cost of returning the goods is payable by the customer.
The recycling regulations applicable in the country of use generally apply to the disposal of your Glatz sunshade.
If your Glatz sunshade is faulty and you decide to buy a new Glatz sunshade, your retailer will generally offer a free disposal service. Please ask the retailer from whom you purchased the product.
