I purchased a GLATZ product, but I have decided that I don’t want it after all. What can I do?

According to the laws of the Swiss Confederation, a consumer (purchaser) does not have the automatic right to return a product subsequent to its purchase. GLATZ retailers may offer this right but they are not legally obliged to do so. To ascertain whether your retailer offers such a right of withdrawal, please consult your retailer’s terms and conditions.

Every consumer (purchaser) within the EU has the legal right to return a product within 14 days subsequent to taking possession of the product. The right of withdrawal must be confirmed to the seller (retailer) in writing. Starting from the day on which your withdrawal from the contract was notified, you then have fourteen days in which to send the goods back and/or return them to the retailer. The period is guaranteed as long as you dispatch the goods prior to the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You must pay the costs associated with the return of the goods.

If you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, you can use the following form, although you are not legally obliged to do so:

Order withdrawal form

This form may only be sent to the retailer from whom you ordered the product.
