All GLATZ retailers are covered by a statutory warranty of 24 months from GLATZ AG for the GLATZ products that they sell.

In addition to the above statutory warranty obligation, the warranty is also a voluntary service that the GLATZ retailer provides to the purchaser. The warranty promise usually relates to the functionality of the GLATZ product over a specific period of time. A warranty promise is always valid for the statutory warranty period (24 months). Due to the stability and the robust nature of the GLATZ products, GLATZ AG does not view extensions of warranty to be necessary. If you would nevertheless like to arrange an extension of warranty and/or a maintenance contract, please inquire at your retailer.
