How do I find out if my repair inquiry is covered by the warranty?

All Glatz sales partners have a legal guarantee of 24 months with Glatz AG. Please contact the dealer from whom you purchased your parasol. They will check the damage and assess whether it is a warranty case. If the assessment is not clear, the dealer will contact Glatz AG for a final evaluation.

In exceptional cases, e.g. if your dealer has gone out of business, you can send us your enquiry directly via the support form.
