How do I find out if my repair inquiry is covered by the warranty?

Please contact the dealer from whom you purchased your parasol to find out whether this repair is covered by the guarantee. All Glatz dealers have the statutory warranty claim of 24 months against Glatz AG.

In exceptional cases, e.g. if your dealer has gone out of business or you are not satisfied with your Glatz dealer, you can send us your request directly via the support form.
