How do I make a warranty claim?

In general, warranty claims can only be made through the retailer from whom you purchased your product. For this purpose, proof of purchase and/or a copy of the invoice is required. As a general rule, all GLATZ products are covered by warranty for two years starting from the date of purchase. Warranty claims can be sent to your retailer by email or use the GLATZ service form.
