To assess whether your repair inquiry is covered by the warranty, it is necessary to ascertain the exact period of warranty. For this purpose, proof of purchase and/or a copy of the invoice is required. As a general rule, all GLATZ products are covered by warranty for two years starting from the date of purchase. Please submit your claim for damage to your retailer in writing with the damage claim form so that they can assess the damage.
