GLATZ does not sell any products ex-works. GLATZ is organized via a global network of retailers who are responsible for the product advice and sales. All of the retailers have signed a service contract with GLATZ and are able to provide individual consultations at their retail outlets and/or at the place of use, as well as the processing of repairs inquiries and warranty and goodwill settlements.
