Parasol configuratorThe retailer from whom you purchased your sunshade is best placed to tell you whether any damage to your product is repairable. You can start with an initial telephone consultation. If the damage is of a complex nature, we recommend that you fill out the damage claim form and send it to your retailer by email. In the case of smaller sunshades which are easy to transport, it is easiest if you just take your sunshade to your retailer for inspection.
Some examples of typical cases of damage:
Case 1: The strut end of my Alu-Smart is broken. (Initial consultation by telephone is possible)
Case 2: The crank of my Sombrano is defective. (Initial consultation by telephone is possible)
Case 3: My Alu-Twist has a broken rope. (damage report recommended)
Case 4: My Fortino has a broken strut. (damage report recommended)
