As a manufacturer we often get asked whether a direct delivery from the factory is possible. Unfortunately, we do not have a repair department or a spare parts depot for individual dispatch.

If parts of your GLATZ sunshade are broken, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the sunshade. Dealers who sell the product as part of their range normally also have a GLATZ spare part depot and will be able to quickly provide you with the part(s) you need. Don’t forget to enter the sunshade model for which you need spare parts when searching using the dealer finder.
