As a general rule, Glatz products are ordered locally at your retailer. Your retailer will send the order to Glatz AG in Switzerland. EU hub in Singen, to the retailer within a maximum of three weeks. Depending on the arrangements made when you purchased your parasol, you can either collect it directly from the retailer or have it delivered.

On request and for an additional charge, Glatz AG can also deliver the goods directly from Switzerland to the place of use. Please ask your local retailer your local retailer further details.
