Impeachable offenses

Man, I was hoping to get the past 8 years out of my mind, then I saw this list of 400 reasons why GW should be impeached. I don't get it; covering up a proivate sexual act by his predecessor was an impeachable offense, but robbing the country blind, killing thousands of innocent civilians, and using the Constitution for toilet paper isn't. I feel so naive.
